Rehabilitation Stretching for Whiplash and Hamstring Strains

2 CEs (general category)

This webinar will focus on the neurophysiology of stretching, especially PNF stretching. There will be a description of how and why the muscles react to different loads and we use this reaction to facilitate the stretch. We will then demonstrate and explain how to stretch the muscles commonly injured during whiplash and hamstring type injuries. These muscles are chosen because of the common nature of the injuries and the difficulty in rehabilitating these conditions.
