Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)
Stretching has arrived and the alternative healing world and its clients are embracing it with a new understanding of overall well-being. Active Isolated Stretching is taking a front seat in this movement with a long history with its clinical benefits and outstanding results thanks to the efforts of Aaron Mattes the founder of AIS. This 2 CE lecture will cover hip and pelvic imbalances while learning AIS principles. 

Bruce Baltz, the founder of SpiriPhysical, LLC, is a founding member of Deep Freeze Team, LLC. He is a licensed massage therapist in the state of FL and an approved provider with NCBTMB since 2000 and a former board member. Bruce has been teaching Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) since 2004 and received his certification in 2015. He has also been a deep hot/cold tissue stone educator since 1998.
Bruce, a respected and coveted national and international instructor has been teaching for several different schools, organizations, and conferences. Bruce has a mobile private practice in Jupiter FL where he provides AIS sessions to a diverse clientele focusing on clients with joint replacements, physical trauma, and chronic pain. We are looking to improve movement and increase stability and balance for athletics and for everyday activities.
