Introduction to Trager Principles
This 2 hour webinar will include brief lectures presenting 1) How Trager was developed 2) Core principles related to movement awareness and quality of touch, and 3) Certification requirements. The bulk of class time will be instruction and supervised practice of somatic and movement awareness and Trager table work moves.
