Heart Disease is the reason 20-25% of us in North America end our lives. The body functions as a coherent whole, much like a musical band and we want to know how the human body really works. We all desire that our touch skills communicate a positive contribution toward our clients’ quality of life. Assisting a client’s heart & lungs to do their job more efficiently thus aiding their cognition, physical capacities, & energy levels is significant. This workshop is designed to assist participants to more clearly understand how to reduce the resistance to the heart's expansion by working with the structures within the thoracic cavity... from the Inside-Out.

About the presenter:

Dale G. Alexander PhD MA BSEd LMT CMLDT BCTMB CMBE, has had a Clinical Massage Therapy practice in Key West since 1980 and now also in Lake Worth Beach, FL.  He is the author of the Inside-Out Paradigm©. From a foundation of exceptional advanced education in neurophysiology from Osteopathic physicians and others, Dale’s clients have revealed to him the typical progressions of the aging process that underlie the chronic problems your clients present to you daily.
