Exploring the Shoulder and Its Connections For this class, we will be following the signs in the tissues above and below the glenohumeral joint. The shoulder can be so impacted by the forearm, neck, and even the jaw. We focus on investigating and remembering that other areas contribute to and even cause shoulder dysfunction, so a local approach isn't always the solution.
About our presenter: Amber Lester began studying essential oils and crafting medicinal teas in 2007. She graduated from Florida School of Massage in 2009 and has been specializing in pain-free deep tissue massage. In 2010 she was attuned as a master level Reiki practitioner and she has certifications in sound healing, as a meditation guide and instructor, and has been an NCBTMB Approved Provider since 2018. Her main focus is bringing the nervous system back to a healthy baseline after chronic pain and stress. She is an intuitive healer that uses aromatherapy, pain-free deep tissue, myofascial release, frequency healing, sound therapy and spa add-ons to accomplish deep therapeutic relaxation.
