Introduction to Muscle Testing
Do you feel lost sometimes before starting a massage, not knowing what muscles to focus on during the session? Learn about muscle testing techniques and how they can be a way to check the symmetrical balance of the body utilizing applied and functional kinesiology tests. Several basic muscle tests will be demonstrated. Add this beneficial assessment tool to help you create dynamic treatment plans for your massage therapy patients.
