Introduction to Cupping
This introductory class discusses using cups with your clients to release the tension and knots in a noninvasive way. Learn the history, benefits, contraindications, and techniques to safely use cups. Learn how to clean, sanitize and store cups and get familiar with the different sizes and shapes of cups. This class will give an opportunity to work with cups to learn where to place them on the body and what you should be looking for on the skin when using them.

About our presenter:
Jeremy Guldin is a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist in both Pennsylvania and Florida. He is also an NCBTMB approved provider and CPR Instructor certified under American Heart Association. Jeremy received his Personal Training Certification through NPTI in Philadelphia in 2008 and has been taking ongoing courses to insure his training clients the best results and the newest techniques. Jeremy obtained his license in massage therapy after attending Lancaster School of Cosmetology and bodyworks in 2019 and continues to grow as a therapist. Extending his education past massage school Jeremy has taken many courses to enhance his knowledge in this industry. Some modalities he has been trained in over the years are, K-Taping, Advanced Cupping, FMT Blading, and Gua Sha to name a few. Jeremy is
passionate about the work he does and is always learning in order to share his knowledge about both personal training and massage therapy with others.
