From Roots to Canopy: Evolving Your Mindset in a Changing World
In this dynamic 2-hour ethics course, we explore how mindset, self-awareness, and adaptability are essential to an ethical massage therapy practice. Through engaging discussion and reflective exercises, participants will examine how personal beliefs, emotional regulation, burnout, and lifelong learning influence clinical decision-making, professional boundaries, and the quality of client care. Discover practical strategies to strengthen ethical judgment, maintain professional competence, and cultivate a growth mindset that supports excellence, client welfare, and the long-term integrity of the massage therapy profession.
