Introduction to AOHMassage & What is Holistic?
AOHMassage founder Alvina Quatrano, LMT, introduces Art of Holistic Massage (AOHMassage) Program and answers the question What is Holistic? This class leads into the AOHMassage Foundation 1: Subtle Body Modules: Chakras and Chakra Tai Chi , Meridian Massage for Self-Care, and 5-Element Theory.

About the Presenter:
Alvina Quatrano is a Licensed Massage Therapist in private practice since 1991 in Naples, Florida. She is the developer of Art of Holistic Massage (AOHMassage) Series which is offered in-person. It is based in Chinese Medicine which has been a track for Alvina her whole life. Alvina is an instructor and mentor of Clinical and Process Acupressure for Insight Acupressure. She sat on the former Soul Lightening International Board as Faculty and SEVATeacher Representative. In addition to her Advanced Certification in Process Acupressure and Clinical Acupressure, her extensive training includes Shiatsu, Reiki, Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy, Yoga, Zero Balancing Certification, advanced training but not certification in Trager Movement Work, and Trigger Point Therapy with Cathy Cohen. Alvina is a member of the International Alliance of Healthcare Educators (IAHE), The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), The Florida Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA), the Zero Balancing Health Association (ZBHA), and Insight Acupressure Faculty Alliance (IAFA).
