The 2025 FSMTA Massage Convention & Trade Show will be held at the beautiful Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel in Altamonte Springs, Florida, conveniently located in Central Florida halfway between Daytona and Disney. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn CE credits, connect with industry leaders, engage with exhibitors, network with colleagues, purchase products, and more!

Where will the convention be held?
This year's convention will be held at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel in Altamonte Springs, Florida. FSMTA has secured a discounted room rate of $121 per night + tax. How do I confirm hotel reservations?

To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel at 800-678-4380 and use Group Code 93L or click here to book online. 

Please note: FSMTA Headquarters is unable to view or modify your reservations.

What is the hotel discount cut-off date?
The hotel discount cut-off date is Wednesday, June 11, 2025 or until rooms are sold out. 
What should I wear?
During the day anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Comfortable clothing should be worn by those attending hands-on classes. Evening attire is at your discretion.
Should I bring my massage table?
Yes! Attendees participating in hands-on classes with demonstrations will need their tables. There will be a table check area where you can check your table for a small fee. Table check will be open select hours.
How much is parking?
Complimentary self-parking is available for guests staying at the hotel. Valet parking is not currently available. 
Is WiFi available?
WiFi will be complimentary in the meeting space and in guest rooms. 
Is airport transportation available?
Ride Logistics & Tours is our preferred transportation provider to/from the Orlando Airport (MCO)

What is the cancellation policy?
A refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations submitted by written request to FSMTA and received by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. No refunds will be given after Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]
Does FSMTA report my CE credits?

FSMTA will report your CEs to CE Broker within 30 days after the convention.
