Recognizing potential medical errors and understanding how and when to report them is necessary for all healthcare professionals.

About our presenter:
Rebecca Pollock, LMT has been a practicing massage therapist for over 25 years.  She has worked in chiropractic offices, day spas, five-star hotel spas, fitness facilities, wellness clinics, and her own private practice. Education is her real passion, having taught massage therapy in Chicago for many years and teaching continuing education for massage therapists. She has had several articles published in Massage Message Magazine and Massage Magazine. Currently she volunteers as the Executive 2nd Vice President and Director of Educational Standards for FSMTA.
