Meditation Movement and Aromatherapy for Mind Body Spirit Wellness
In this 2 hour course, we will explore the importance of self care & several tools that can be used to achieve mind, body and spirit wellness.

About our presenter:
Amber began her journey into the healing arts in 2007 with Aromatherapy and Herbalism studies. In 2009, she graduated from the Florida School of Massage. She has been a Reiki Master since 2010 and was certififed as a Meditation teacher in 2020. She has been teaching at a Massage and Cosmetology School since 2023.
